Job Description:
GLOBIRA MEDICAL SERVICES PVT. LTD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in Kota, Rajasthan. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of patients. You will work closely with doctors, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and maintain the standards of GLOBIRA MEDICAL SERVICES PVT. LTD.
In this role, you will be expected to administer medications, monitor patient progress, and provide essential support during medical procedures. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical in this position.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and monitoring vital signs in accordance with GLOBIRA MEDICAL SERVICES PVT. LTD standards.
• Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes to the healthcare team at GLOBIRA MEDICAL SERVICES PVT. LTD.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, post-operative care, and health maintenance.
• Ensure the safe and proper use of medical equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to GLOBIRA MEDICAL SERVICES PVT. LTD’s hygiene and safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns promptly and compassionately.
• Participate in continuous education and training programs to stay updated with the latest nursing practices.
Requirements:
• GNM/B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution relevant to GLOBIRA MEDICAL SERVICES PVT. LTD.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably with GLOBIRA MEDICAL SERVICES PVT. LTD.
• Valid nursing license from the Nursing Council of India.
• Strong clinical skills, including medication administration, wound care, and patient monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• High level of patience, compassion, and empathy for patients.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and respond quickly in emergencies.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining patient records and documentation.
