Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to manage and supervise commercial construction projects in Kota, Rajasthan. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day site activities for commercial construction projects
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labor, and vendors
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety norms at the site
• Maintain site records including daily progress reports and material usage
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers
• Handle site-level issues and resolve technical problems efficiently
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good leadership and site management skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures
