Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents to generate business.
• Drive sales performance through active agent licensing and tracking activation regularly.
• Coordinate with Underwriting (U/W), Claims, and Operations departments for smooth business execution.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Requirements:
• Graduation (Full-time) is mandatory.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales and insurance.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a team, analyze sales performance, and meet targets.
• Age: Up to 40 years.
